Ingrediants:-
Raw Plantain - 1 Big
Coconut - 2tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Garlic Pod -1 small
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - a pinch
oil
Mustard seed -1/2 tsp
Red chillies -2
Curry leaves - a Spring
Method :-
Peel the skin and cut the plantain in small cubes .
In a pan add enough water to immerse the plantain .add little turmeric (just about a pinch) and salt .cook covered till the plaintain is done.Drain the water and keep the plantain aside.
Grind the coconut ,turmeric, garlic ,cumin seeds into a coarse paste.
In another pan add little oil,add mustard seed let it splutter,add the red chillies and curry leaves.now add the cooked plantain and the ground coconut .mix well till raw smell goes....our stir fry is ready...
