Ingrediants:-
- Bread - 3 slices
- Besan - 1 cup
- Onion - 1 small
- Carrot -1
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
- Chillir powder -1 tsp
- Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
- Hing - a pinch
- Salt
- Oil
Method:-
- In a bowl add besan , chillipowder, cumin powder, hing, salt .mix well..
- To this add chopped onion,carrots and coriander leaves .mix well..
- Add water approx 1 cup to the besan and make a batter..
- Now switch on stove and place a dosa griddle.apply oil and place the bread.
- Now take the batter and apply over the top of the bread..turn the bread ,sprinkle some oil along the edges of the bread and apply the batter to the side of the bread too...
- Once the bottom side is cooked reverse the bread and cook the other side ...once both sides are done
- Cut them into two and serve hot with ketchup...
Can use any veg of ur choice..
