Beetroot Fry





Ingrediants:-
  • Beetroot -2
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder -1/3 tsp
  • Turmeric powder -1/3 tsp
  • Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
  • Besan - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil


Method:-
  1. Cut Beetroot into juliens.
  2. Cook beetroot till 3/4 done. 
  3. In a pan add oil ,once hot add mustard seed , cumin seeds,allow it to splutter...
  4. Now switch off stove and add chilli,cumin,turmeric powder,salt and then add and switch on the stove.
  5. Saute the beetroot all the masala are well coated...
  6. Now add the besan and saute again
  7. Cook covered stiriing in between till u get a dark red color and the beetroot turns little crispy...
  8. Enjoy with hot rice...
