Rice flour : 4 cups
Urad dal powder : 1 cup
Cumin seeds : 3 tsp
Butter / dalda : 1/2 to 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil for frying


Dry fry the urad dal and  make a fine powder.
Mix the rice flour ,urad dal powder, salt, cumin seeds.Now add water and make a nice dough,at this point ur dough will be add the dalda/butter and mix well...

Once the dough is the dough inside the muruku maker and make muruku in desirable size..and deep fry it...make sure the oil is hot while deep frying the muruku

you will get a nice crispy snack for tea ,and it will stay fresh for weeks if stored in an airtight container
