Vermicelli Biriyani

      Vermicelli - 2cup
      Onion - 1/2 finely sliced
      Tomato -1/2 chopped
      Mixed veg -1 cup (carrot,beans ,peas,potato) cubed
      Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tsp
      Green chillies-1
      Mint leaves - 1tbsp (chopped)
      Coriander leaves -2 tbsp (chopped)
      Ghee- 1 tbsp
      oil - 2 tbsp
      Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
      Coriander powder - 1 tsp
      Garam masala powder -1/4 tsp
      ( if u have biriyani masala in hand then use 2 tsp of biriyani masala instead of chili ,coriander and g.masala powder)

      In a pan add little oil and ghee and fry the vermicelli for few mins untill it turns slightly brown.
      In another pan add 5 cups of water and boil it with salt and little oil,once it starts boiling add the vermicelli and cook covered for 5 mins.once cooked strain it.and wash with cool water .keep aside.
      In a pan add add oil and fry onion till translucent then add ginger garlic paste saute till the onion turns light brown add g.chillies ,mint leaves,coriander leaves saute for few mins.and the mixed vegs and saute again sprinkle some water and cook covered till the vegs are done .once the vegs are cooked fully add the biriyai masala (or) chilli,coriander and g.masala combo and fry well till raw smell goes.once this is done add the cooked vermicelli and mix well so that the masala gets evenly coated.....vermicelli biriyani is ready.Eat it with any raita....
