Ingredients :-
- Beet root - 2 medium
- Onion - 1 small
- Tomato - 1
- Garlic -4 big pods
- Cinnamon- 1 inch stick
- Cloves- 3
- Star Anise -1/2
- Cardamom -2
For the Masala:-
- Grated Coconut- 3/4 to 1 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder -1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1.5 tsp
- Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Method:-
In a Pressure cooker heat some oil and season it with the whole garam masalas.
Now grind the coconut and the spices to a fine paste...
This Gravy was good with rice and would go well with rotis too..
