Ingrediants:-
- Mushroon -1 box
- Onion -2 sliced
- Garlic - 4 big pods
- Ginger - 1 inch piece
- G.chillies- 2
- Tomato -2 pureed
- Red Chilli Powder - 3/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
- Cashewnuts - 10
- Curd -2tbsp
- Coriander leaves
- Oil
To Dry Roast:-
- Peppercorns - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Seeds - 1.5tsp
- Cinnamon -1 inch stick
- Cloves -4
- Cardamom - 2
Method:-
- In a pan Dry Roast the ingrediants Given under the "to dry roast " and keep it aside.
- In the same pan heat some oil and saute onions,ginger ,garlic,g.chillies till onions becomes slightly brown..keep it aside.
- Now grind the dry roasted ingrediants, saute onion mixture and cashews to a fine paste..and keep it aside.
4. In a pan heat oil and saute the mushroom for few mins.
5. Add Turmeric powder,chilli powder , curd and saute for few mins.
6. Add the ground masala paste. an saute till oil ouches out and raw smell goes.
7. Add tomato puree and saute again till oil ouches out.
8.Garnish with coriander leaves..
9.Serve Hot...
