- Hard boiled Egg -4
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - A spring
- Onion - 1 big
- Tomato - 1 big
- Green chillies - 2 ( according to ur spice preference)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp ( according to ur spice preference)
- Pepper powder - 1tsp ( according to ur spice preference)
- Coriander powder - 1tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
In a pan heat oil and season it with mustard seed and curry leaves..
Now add the thinly juliened onions and saute till transparent.
Add in the ginger garlic paste till the raw smell goes..
Cook till the tomatoes are all mashed up..
Add in chopped Coriander/ Cliantro
This Egg Roast goes well with idli ,dosa ,appam , rice.....
