- Green Chilles -1
- Tomato -1
- Chilli Powder -1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder -1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder -1/2 tsp
- Coconut milk - from 1 big coconut or 3/4 th of the canned coconut milk.
- Oil
- Salt
- Curry Leaves

Add in Quartered Tomatoes..
Add in Hard Boiled Eggs to this curry and let it cook for 2 mins..
This curry is best served with idyappam and appam...
I served it with some soft Idyappam ...
