Ingredients:-
- Apple -1
- Oats -1/4 cup
- Milk - 1 cup
- Honey - to taste ( can substitute with sugar)
Method:-
- Peel and chop the apples roughly..
- Grind Apple, oats,milk and honey together till smooth ..Adjust the consistency of the smoothie by adding more or less milk..
- Serve immedietely....
This Smoothie is very filling and it is so easy to put together,this will come in handy for those busy weekday mornings........
